ASPESI is an Italian clothing brand that is minimalist, sophisticated, and timeless. Founded in 1969 by Alberto Aspesi as a shirt manufacturer, over the years it has become a reference point for ready-to-wear for men and women.

On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile 2022 ASPESI present Hand Written Stories, a project commissioned to Nova Express, curated by Gianluigi Ricuperati with Hans Ulrich Obrist. For the occasion the milanese ASPESI showroom in Corso Venezia 14, becomes a meditative space with a selection of the Post it that make up the famous Hans Ulrich Obrist collection, art curator, critic and historian of art. The unusual setting designed by Patricia Urquiola will transform the showroom into a space for meditation and thought enhanced by the new glass containers designed by Patricia Urquiola for Glas Italia and by the carpets by cc-tapis. Scattered on the Glas Italia tables, visitors will find collectible booklets HWS – Hand Written Stories designed by Siliqoon and dedicated to the project and the collection of Post it by Obrist, featuring artists like: Etel Adnan, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Philippe Parreno, Virgil Abloh, Koo Joeng-A, Precious Okomon, Douglas Coupland.

Our collaboration for Hand Written Stories included every aspects of the graphic design like: posters, invitations, displays, social media and the collectable publication.
